1. Twin‑screw extruder: Plasticizes UPVC raw material evenly and stably

2. Special mould for hollow corrugated roof sheet: Forms hollow wave structure of roof sheet

3. Vacuum calibration table: Shapes and cools the profile to keep stable dimension

4. Cooling system: Further cooling for finished roof tile

5. Haul‑off unit: Stable traction of plastic sheets
