Introduction

Our SPC flooring production line is a complete turnkey conical twin screw extrusion system for manufacturing stone plastic composite flooring boards.

It adopts one-step glue-free thermal lamination, integrated with extruder, four-roll calender, UV coating and cutting sections. The finished floor boards are eco-friendly, waterproof and fire resistant.

We can customize the whole line according to customers’ raw material formula, target output and factory layout. This extrusion line enables stable continuous mass production for flooring manufacturers.
